Pro Latin Video Remix is a private, professional DJ promotional remix platform.

We provide DJ remixes, video remixes, DJ edits, intro/outro versions, and promotional DJ tools.

All materials are provided for promotional performance use only in legally licensed venues compliant with performance rights organizations such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and international equivalents.

We do not sell ownership of copyrighted works.

You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with verified parental consent.

We may restrict access to professional working DJs only.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, not share your account, and not bypass security protections.

Unauthorized access, scraping, automation tools, or system manipulation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Prepayment is required for paid memberships or credits. You authorize charges to your selected payment method.

Prices, membership tiers, and availability may change without notice. Failed payment authorization may result in suspension.

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for downloaded content, membership cancellations, policy-violation suspensions, service interruptions, or deleted/lost downloads.

If technical failure prevents delivery, your sole remedy is re-delivery of the purchased product.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for live DJ performances, promotional DJ sets, and licensed venue use.

You may not redistribute, resell, upload to public platforms, share downloads, claim ownership, or remove branding/identifiers.

Unauthorized distribution may constitute copyright infringement under U.S. and international law.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Section 512.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a formal DMCA notice to prolatinvideoremix@gmail.com.

We may remove allegedly infringing material, suspend repeat infringers, and disclose information as required by law.

If you upload content, you represent you have legal rights, grant us a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to display/distribute within the platform, and agree not to upload unlawful or harmful material.

All logos, trademarks, graphics, branding, software, and design elements are the property of Pro Latin Video Remix or its licensors.

Catalog content may be added, modified, removed, or replaced at any time without notice.

We may suspend accounts, terminate memberships, modify services, or discontinue features at our sole discretion.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no guarantees of continuous availability, error-free operation, universal compatibility, or absolute security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or indirect/consequential damages. Total liability does not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Latin Video Remix and its affiliates from claims arising from misuse, copyright violations, agreement breaches, or illegal performance usage.

You agree to comply with U.S. Copyright Law, DMCA, local performance licensing laws, and applicable international regulations.

This Agreement is governed by U.S. law. Disputes are resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of revisions.

These Terms, together with our DMCA Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement.
