Welcome to Pro Latin Video Remix (“Platform,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Member,” “DJ,” or “you”) and Pro Latin Video Remix governing access to and use of our website, digital remix catalog, and related services.

By accessing, registering, or using this website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Pro Latin Video Remix is a private, professional DJ promotional remix platform.

All materials are provided for promotional performance use only in legally licensed venues compliant with performance rights organizations such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and their international equivalents.

2. Eligibility

You must:

3. Account Registration & Security

Failure of payment authorization may result in suspension.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for:
